Chuck Rippen’s ZJ

Our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee started as a family SUV and served us well on many trips with plenty of
off-roading before much was modified. Then I replaced most of the suspension with Rubicon Express parts and
some other stuff for a 4.5″ lift and got about twice the wheel travel of a stock Grand. A Truetrac
differential was installed up front. I replaced the rear axle assembly with a custom GM 10 Bolt loaded
with an Eaton Elocker, (selectable locker) Moser alloy axles and disk brakes. It also has tubular bumpers,
rocker guards, winch, 33″x10.50″x15″ Mud Terrains and a few other mods.
